- Is Rullapå free?
Yes, all core functionality is free. You can create an account, plan unlimited trips and add stops, budgets and bookings at no cost.
- Do I need a Google Maps API key?
No. We use open source maps (OpenStreetMap via MapLibre), so no external key is needed from you.
- Can I share my trip with someone else?
Yes. You can invite fellow travellers as owners or editors, or create a public share link so people can view the trip without signing in.
- Does Rullapå work offline?
You can install the app as a PWA on phone and desktop. Viewing works offline, and changes sync once you are back online.
- Which countries do your guides cover?
We have tips for more than 40 European countries, from Sweden and Norway to Iceland, Greece and Cyprus. The guides are currently written in Swedish.
- How safe is my data?
Your trips are stored encrypted in the cloud and are only visible to you and the people you invite. We do not sell your data.
- How do you calculate driving time and distance?
We use open source routing (OSRM) based on OpenStreetMap. Results are indicative — real driving time depends on traffic, weather and roadworks.
- Can I export my trip?
Yes, you can export the trip as a PDF for printing or offline reading.
